To protect the safety of our community and your students, we require preregistration of students in advance of your visit, as well as a list of confirmed attendees at least 3 business days prior to the visit.
We ask that you arrive on campus for your visit at least 15 minutes prior to the start time. If you are running late, you must communicate with the admissions office via call or text. We reserve the right to modify the originally scheduled agenda, including but not limited to cancelling the visit due to late arrival.
Cancellations must be received at least 2 days prior to the scheduled visit.
We expect your students to be respectful and attentive while visiting our campus. Our admissions staff and tour guides have the right to end an information session or tour early if students are disrespectful to anyone belonging to our campus community, including faculty, staff, students, or each other.
A record of your visit will be kept on file in the Davidson College Admissions Office for future reference. We reserve the right to deny future visits based on failure to adhere to any of the above policies.
