An “outside resource” includes but is not limited to the following: an award from a high school, private club, agency, corporation, or organization; a tuition benefit from parent’s or student’s employer; a vocational rehabilitation grant; an outside award for a non-summer study abroad program, etc. Financial assistance from outside resources may affect your eligibility for financial aid. To remain in compliance with federal regulations, state requirements and institutional policy, your eligibility for financial aid may be reevaluated upon notification of any outside scholarships, benefits, and/or financial resources.
